Is there a minimum number of hours I have to use?
No - Flexibility is our speciality - either use us for a one off project or on a regular basis, the choice is yours.

I sometimes require support at weekends, is this a problem?
No, but regular weekend work should be advised.

What safeguards are in place?
The PC is protected by a personal firewall and McAffee Virus scanner. In the event of PC Failure we operate mirrored hardrives for data security.
