A small but growing PR consultancy based in the South East had two directors not based full-time at their offices, which had a shared telephone receptionist and admin support system. During a very busy period, they began to urgently feel the need for higher level PA support for diary management, and more importantly, for informed and intelligent telephone support in dealing with clients. With the company's stationery in my cupboard, I can even take dictation and send letters that do not require a personal signature on their behalf!
