Terms and Conditions:
A signed agreement outlining the
details of the assignment will be required before the commencement
of any work. A confidentiality
agreement is included in this agreement.
Payment is to be received no later than
10 days from the invoice date.
If no payment has been received after
10 days, interest will be charged at 5% per week until the funds
have cleared.
Payment is to be made by bank transfer
or cheque made payable to Virtually Organised.
Payment for monthly retainer packages
are to be made in advance at the beginning of each month either
by bank transfer or cheque.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
All costs incurred relating to your account
will be recharged. These include travel, telephone, postage, courier,
bank charges etc.
Contracts can be terminated with 30
days written notice by either party.
Any errors found after submission will
be corrected free of charge – but the final responsibility remains
with the client and Virtually Organised will not be liable.
Data is backed up regularly and every
effort is made to ensure a reliable service. However, Virtually
Organised cannot be held responsible for lost information or loss
of service.
Work will normally be presented using
Microsoft Office 2000 applications.
For insurance purposes, personal visitors
are not permitted to the Virtually Organised premises.
Standard Office Hours are Monday - Friday
9-5; although there is flexibility within this to accommodate your
business requirements.
